Staying Motivated in the Autumn
As we move away from the summer months and into the Autumn, how can you stay motivated to exercise?
Here are a few ideas for you:
Set your goals - what would you like to achieve?
Try exercising with friends and choose a format that you enjoy.
Commit to the exercise for 6-8 weeks to form a fitness routine.
Integrate the activities into your week to make sure you stay committed.

Celebrating 11 years of teaching
In March, Sam celebrated the amazing milestone of 11 years of instructing classes in Corfe Mullen.
The celebrations were postponed last year so it was an extra special evening spent with participants and friends from past and present classes to say "Thank you" for their ongoing support and participation.
Community Fitness Finalist for Regional Instructor of the Year for the South West
The “Community Fitness Awards” are all about the contributions of instructors, businesses and the impact that they have on fitness in their communities.
The awards were founded in 2015 to acknowledge the hard work and inspiring stories of community based fitness classes that positively impact the physical, mental and social health of its participants.
You must be nominated to be considered for an award, and Sam Davis was fortunate to be put forward for “Regional Instructor of the Year” by one of her supportive participants.
After completing an in-depth entry form, it is left to a panel of assessors to select the finalists in each area and the winners are chosen based on a combination of public votes and a judging panel.
It’s an amazing achievement to be selected as a finalist for the South West and Sam will always be grateful to all of her fantastic participants that make her community classes and her business the success that it is.
